Tegon Features

Issue Tracker

The Issue Tracker feature of Tegon is designed to streamline the process of managing and resolving bugs and issues within a development environment. It offers several key functionalities that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of issue tracking. The AI Bug Enricher provides context-based tips on where to start when resolving bugs, making it easier for developers to tackle issues without feeling overwhelmed. Seamless PR Tracking automatically creates an issue to track a Pull Request (PR) as soon as it is assigned and linked to a Tegon issue, ensuring that all related tasks are properly documented and monitored. Additionally, the ability to create issues directly from Slack keeps conversations and issue management in sync, enhancing collaboration and communication.

Triage

The Triage feature is a central hub for managing bugs and issues from multiple external sources. It offers an Omni-channel Bug Reporting System that automatically creates and manages bugs from over eight external sources, including Slack, Email, Discord, and Zendesk, directly within Tegon. Automatic Bug Grouping categorizes bugs based on labels, ensuring a more organized and efficient view of the bugs. AI Suggestions use AI to automatically suggest metadata in bugs and route them to appropriate destinations, streamlining the triage process and making it more efficient. This feature is crucial for maintaining an organized and efficient workflow, especially in environments where multiple communication channels are used.
